Kevin

My real estate background goes back 16 years. My brother and sister bought me a pre-licensing course which launched my career in real estate. Initially, I tried to sell real estste part-tmie. Sending letters to my Sphere and desk duty, yielded no results.

Several years later, after a move to North Carolina I renewed my interest in real estate. Unfortunately, my timing was poor as it was 2008, and the real estate market collapsed especially vacation homes. (I was on the Outer Banks.) The fortunate side of the collapse was the need to look innovatively at my brokerages real estate marketing.

Launching a Coastal Foreclosure Tour that was picked up by the AP and mentioned on local syndicate radio stations was key to growing in a down market.

In addition, to innovative strategies, I focused on highly efficient strategies that were easily executable.

Dan

Dan brings a unique blend of technology and real estate. He has a unique understanding of technology and real estate marketing as he was a licensed real estate broker and partner in a virtual brokerage.

Most recently, he has accelerated his technological understanding as Senior Systems Admin with experience handling web site administration, troubleshooting and maintenance with a focus on High Availability of managed systems.

(In non-developer...he works at an enterprise level to keep websites of enormous size, run like lightning.)

Now he keeps our custom websites among the fastest loading in the real estate industry.

Angela

Angela previously created customized content marketing strategies for a variety of commercial and residential real estate brokerages.

Coupled with her real estate knowledge she brings a background in creating content strategies for highly trafficked enterprise and government websites.

Her passion is conducting research and creating original content via websites, blogs, online articles, newsletters, infographics, social media channels, and direct mail.

In addition to creative content, Angela provides our clients with statistics to back up our work. She brings a high-level knowledge of running analytical reports, preparing presentations and providing proven results.

Anne brings a background in marketing and small business ownership, as she originally started by growing her family's painting business.

Rami grew up in the real estate industry. He started at 7, helping grow his dad's business by stuffing envelopes and licking stamps.

Now, in addition to his real estate background he has spent 10 years leading Digital Strategies and Web Development for a number of Fortune 500's.

He brings a unique insight and passion for designing highly-efficient real estate workflows.

His background in development allows him to leverage leverage technology in real estate to find sustainable solutions that provide positive ROI.

Stacey

Stacey brings a non-traditional background to her real estate marketing knowledge. 

As a professional educator and real estate investor, she brings the unique perspective of always looking at strategies from how they will impact those doing real estate searches. 

In addition to keeping the team cognizant  to always keep the real estate consumer in mind, Stacey also brings a technical background in social media strategy and management as the owner of an e-commerce business.
